Our exploration of the birthplace of Mozart also features the “Sound of Music Tour” which includes sites associated with the film as well as historical and architectural landmarks like the Mirabell Gardens and their trick fountains where we’ll pause at the top of the steps where Julie Andrews and her 7 charges enjoyed their singing lessons.

5. Our discovery of this historic town will feature a tour of Olympia Park built for the 20th Olympic Games, a Bike Tour featuring exploration of the many beautiful sites available only to cyclists and an exploration of the historic Marienplaz with its world-famous Glockenspiel .

8. Prior to our tour of the site we will have the opportunity to listen to a holocaust survivor and/or a member of their family recount the stories of survival. Discover how this once-budding artist community evolved into the first German concentration camp.
